Isn’t the public just a joy to deal with, I know we have a auto repair shop, some are great then you get this one and ruins your whole week.

We visited there in late March (Spring Break) not knowing that it was crazy busy. There were a ton of trees down closing about half the roads in the park; two of the four visitor centers were inaccessible. We circled and circled and circled during potty breaks, only stopped when/where there were open spots, but we were definitely in the minority because it looked a lot like in this video.

It’s automatic (for me) to set the PB before exiting the vehicle. And they had bad math! Save $15. Spend $150!

It doesn't take much for a dog that size to overheat or freeze. They should of gotten a ticket for that.

I have absolutely no issues with towing someone's vehicle that park illegally. However, $300+ is extremely excessive. Towing in Pigeon Forge is a racket because tow companies can charge anything and the people who get towed have no choice but to pay. No doubt this lady thinks she is entitled but she has a point about the cost of her action.

it is his own fault for being towed....should have gotten a new parking pass for the new car from his landlord and none of this would have happened. glad your company is smart enough to film everything for your own protection as well as that of your clients.

I have family that live in Sevierville so I’m there often and honestly trying to park as well as trying to leave anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge has become such a nightmare that I avoid those areas as much as possible. Usually if I want to go to a car show I’ll have someone drop me off to avoid paying to park or even trying to find a spot. It’s just become not even worth going to anything because of the hassle.

What he actually wanted was for me to let him off at the toilet, wait for him to do his business and come back to the bus? Eh that's not what you asked
